Terms of Service
Welcome to TaskTube (the "Platform"),
You are reading the Terms of Service (the "Terms"), which govern the relationship between you and us and serve as an agreement between you and us, and set out the terms and conditions for your access to and use of the Platform and our related websites, services, applications, products and content (collectively, the "Services"). Your access to certain Services or Service features may be age-restricted and not available to all Service users. For the purposes of these Terms, "you" and "your" refer to you as a Service user.
You have no right or authority to use any part of the Services unless you accept these Terms. By accessing our Services or using our Services, you confirm that you can enter into a binding contract with us, that you accept these Terms and agree to abide by them. You understand and agree that from that point on, we will treat your access or use of the Services as your acceptance of these Terms. Your access and use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By accessing the Services, you agree and represent to us that:
1、Acceptance of Agreement
Welcome to TaskTube (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set out your rights to use the platform and its related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). By using the TaskTube platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under the age of 12 or under the legal age of majority, please do not use our Services. Your continued use is deemed to be your acceptance of these Terms. Please note that we do not provide services to residents of the European Union or Switzerland.
2、Changes to the Terms
Due to the rapid development of technology, laws and policies and the fluctuation of market conditions, the Company reserves the right to modify or revise the Terms at any time at its sole discretion, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any such modified or revised version will be effective when we first post it to our platform (or at any other time specified in such version of the Terms, if any). You should review the Terms regularly to check for such changes. We will also indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms to reflect the effective date of such Terms. Thereafter, your continued use of the Services will constitute your acceptance and agreement to such modifications or revisions. If you object to any such modifications or revisions, your sole remedy is to stop using all Services.
3、User Rights and Licenses
①Right to Access Services
A. The Services provide an Internet platform that provides comprehensive software and network services, including online and/or mobile, audio and/or video, through applications and/or websites and other related Internet services. The Services may allow you to enjoy the basic functions of audiovisual media playback (online playback, background playback, locked playback), music/WiFi/file/album important information, playlist management (favorites and recent), and use other features of the Services, including but not limited to some other third-party services.
B. Subject to your compliance with the Terms and any applicable laws and regulations, the Company grants you a conditional, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal and non-commercial use only. You agree not to (and will not attempt to):
Access or use the Services if you do not have full capacity and legal competence to agree to these Terms, or if your parent or legal guardian has not authorized you to use the Services;
Access or use the Services for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by these Terms;
Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or create any derivative works of the Services or any content contained therein, including any files, tables or documents (or any part thereof) without authorization, or determine or attempt to determine any source code, algorithm, method or technology embodied in the Services or any derivative works thereof;
Distribute, license, transfer or sell the Services or any derivative works thereof, in whole or in part
Market, rent or lease the Services or use the Services for a fee or charge
Use for advertising or any commercial solicitation;
Use the Services for any commercial or unauthorized purpose, including disseminating or facilitating any commercial advertising, solicitation or spam, without our written consent;
Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services, disrupt our website or any network connected to the Services, or bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services;
Incorporate the Services or any part of them into any other program or product. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse to provide any service or to limit access to the Service in our sole discretion;
Use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Service;
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent you or your affiliation with any person or entity, including giving the impression that any content you upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise make available is from the Service;
Threaten or harass others, or promote pornography, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
Use or attempt to use another person's service or system without our authorization, or create a false identity on the Service;
Use the Service in a way that may create a conflict of interest or undermine the purpose of the Service, such as exchanging comments with other users or writing or soliciting false comments;
Use the Service to upload, transmit, distribute, store or otherwise make available: files that contain viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or technologically harmful material;
Provide any answers, responses, comments, opinions, analyses or suggestions for which you do not have the appropriate license or are not qualified to provide; or materials that the Company, in its sole discretion, deems objectionable or restricts or inhibits any other person from using the Services, or that may expose the Company, the Services or its users to any type of attack, hacking, interference with other users' use, reverse engineering, disassembly, attempt to obtain the source code of the Services or any part thereof, or any harm or liability;
Perform any action that may infringe or endanger the legal rights or interests of any person, entity and/or the Company;
The Company reserves the right to remove or disable access to content at any time and without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, at its sole discretion.
②Application License
A. The Application consists of computer programs and integrated or peripheral content, which may contain copyrighted materials. The Applications provided to you are licensed to you, not sold to you. Your license to each Application is subject to your prior acceptance of the Terms. The Company reserves all rights in the Applications not expressly granted to you under these Terms.
B. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations, the Company grants you a conditional, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to store, install, use and uninstall the Application on any computing device you own or control (including but not limited to desktop and portable computers, tablets or slates, smartphones, Internet-connected TVs and wearable devices) for your personal, non-commercial use only. Unless otherwise provided to the contrary, these Terms govern any and all content, materials and services accessible from or purchased within the Application and upgrades and patches provided by the Company.
C. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you may not rent, sell, transfer, redistribute or sublicense the Application. If you sell your computing device to a third party, you must delete the Application from that device, or at least log out and delete all records related to your use of the Application.
D. You may not exploit errors, vulnerabilities or defects in the Application, nor may you develop, distribute, disseminate or use any program, software or script that may cause damage to us or the Application.
4、Use of Data
We may collect and use technical data and related information to provide and improve the Services. We do not personally identify you when we use this information.
5、Legal and Correct Use of Services
You should always use the Services legally and correctly. We are not responsible for user behavior, but we encourage you to use the Services in a friendly and legal manner. We have the right to take appropriate measures based on violations.
6、 Intellectual Property
All materials in the Services (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, pictures, videos) are owned by us. You may not modify, copy, distribute or otherwise use these materials without our written permission.
7、Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the availability of the Services or the accuracy of the Content. We may change or suspend the Services at any time.
8、 Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect losses.
9、 Termination and Modification of Services
We may modify or terminate the Services at any time without prior notice. You may also stop using the Services at any time.
10、 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center for arbitration.
11、Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Subscriptions are paid in advance and are automatically renewed. You can cancel your subscription through the App Store. In-App Purchases are subject to the App Store's terms and conditions.
12、Others
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. We do not guarantee the security of the Service. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
